CeMAT Southeast Asia

FEM Secretary General Olivier Janin attended the first edition of CeMAT Southeast Asia held on 2-4 March 2017 in Jakarta.

Together with the Director of VDMA Intralogistic Department, Sascha Schmel, Mr. Janin presented FEM views on current and future logistic and supply chain developments, notably in the context of the digitisation process that the industry is going through.

Populated with some 250 million inhabitants and showing an annual growth rate close to 5%, Indonesia is an important player in the region. Held in conjunction with Coldchain, CeMAT Southeast Asia achieved a successful first edition.
