The update of the industry NRMM FAQ is now published!
FEM, together with CECE, CEMA, EGMF, Eunited Municipal Equipment, EUROMOT and EUROPGEN published today, 18 December, 2018, an updated version of the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) document on the NRMM Regulation (EU) 2017/1628 and its supplementing legislation (Delegated and Implementing Acts).
The main changes inserted in the document, as compared to the first publication of the FAQ, are indicated below:
– Amended introduction (to include the new references for supplementing legislation – Delegated and Implementing Acts)
– New questions and answers added, mainly related to transition engines, in the following sections: 2.13, 3.12, 3.16, 3.17, 3.18, 4.5
– Additional or amended text, regarding engine marking requirements for Stage V and non-Stage engines, machine marking, separate shipment and placing on the market of replacement engines, in the following sections: 3.5, 3.13, 5.6, 6.1, 6.2, 6.3, 7.7, 9.2
– Updated bibliography and contact details
