FEM President Jan van der Velden and Secretary General Olivier Janin are attending Orgalime General Assembly meeting in Copenhagen. FEM President presented FEM to Orgalime and earlier today, FEM was accepted as an Associate Member of Orgalime.

It represents the interests of the EU mechanical, electrical, electronic and metal articles industries as a whole.Orgalime’s member federations directly or indirectly represent an industry employing over 10 million people.The engineering industry is the largest industrial branch in the EU, with a turnover of more than €1,800 billion in 2014. The industry accounts for over a quarter of manufacturing output and a third of the manufactured exports of the European Union.
