NRMM - Joint position on French proposal on flexibility Whereas a revision of Directive 97/68 on exhaust emissions of non-road mobile machinery is under preparation, France has submitted a proposal for revising sell-off and flexibility schemes. FEM, together with other machinery industries (CECE, CEMA, EGMF and Pneurop), has adopted a joint position requesting to keep the flexibility scheme whilst suggesting initiatives that could simplify the Directive. |
